cb I just got edged last chapter just to see the next chapter dedicated to the side couple being lovey dovey. i don't have anything against them (tho I think their pairing is a little bit out of nowhere just to set the side girl aside for the 2nd ml to notice his feelings lol) but it's getting annoying how the author is using the side couple to fill in the gaps for the chapters and provide distraction to prolong the misunderstanding arc.
