They need a clean break up. He needs to go abroad, move to NY, or join that acting agency to find himself away from Dohu. Dohu prob has a neurological issue (I skipped a lot of chapters and took like a yr break from this, so if it was mentioned already oops!) that makes him not able to read emotions, and should get some medical help with that. And I hate time skips, but I think one would work here. A time skip of like 3 yrs were they both worked on themselves would be beneficial. Dohu could finally get across his sincere apology and juheon could be emotionally and mentally well off to genuinely accept it and hopefully build up his own power/wealth to go against his family. I literally do not see how this can work out without a time skip with personal growth…
