I relate to his feelings sooooo well it's undescribable. That pain in the recent chapters is honestly extremely relatable and painful. I feel inlove with my former friend (we just kinda drifted apart) and it was hell. For 3 years I tried to stop, but couldn't. Dealing with my sexual orientation was hell itself. (▰˘◡˘▰)

It's amazing to see how Jian yi is very hyper in the day, but then the night comes and the darkness takes over. And all he's left with is the struggle he faces with his sexuality, in a society where nothing like that is acceptable, he tries he's his best to be a "normal".
