you can't search directly but every account has a unique number in their url, so if you know the number you can change the url from your own homepage to theirs and it'll take you to their accounts page. For example your pages number is "902707" on the url https://www.mangago.zone/home/people/902707/home/ if you change the number to theirs and press enter it'll go to their page
Have them open up their homepage (where they click on their profile and can see everything like their want to read, read, finished, tags, albums, etc). They can then share the url with you and it will directly take you to their page instead. Once there, you can follow them and they'll receive a notification that you followed them and they can follow you back.
