I swear some of you have no critical thinking skills. She did that to roger because she knew that her issue and the crown prince will just make roger life worse than it was. Roger was already in belief in her knowing she ain’t push his mother but she told him she did to mainly protect him and to sacrifice herself to the crown prince cause there ain’t no good coming in denying him anymore.
