Author really said yas to "child labor" and the continuation of "child neglect".
It was terribly irresponsible of the parents to leave the children by themselves and drop all the responsibilities on their hands as well ヽ(`Д´)ノ I'm only at Chap 27 and I'm pulling hair out at this development.
Aiden should be enjoying his childhood with Ellen. And this is when the family should be creating good memories, my goodness. But here they are fending for themselves against whole ass adults.
I get the gist that they're written as "geniuses" of their time but this is simply irrational when there are perfectly capable adults around. The passing of the torch can be done in the near future, not when they're still children.
Also, the parents not taking initiative to immediately return when their son got hurt is abhorrent. He's still a CHILD.
Where is the author's common sense?

Chapters 75-76 are probably the only chapters I'll come back to here.
I just had to, so here's my personal yapping:
Our FL, most of the time, was too flawless that the implied "flaws" fell flat because she was just written to be this all too perfect and loveable existence in this timeline. I get that she deserves all the best but this makes for an uninteresting story. To add, we could've had a few more chapters dedicated to her friendship with the other cast to build context of her development, but nope.
Moreover, everyone's emotions, purpose, scenes, and actions HEAVILY depended or served only the FL. That's what I feel, makes this monotonous. The author disregarded the better supporting characters and left them underutilized.
Anw, I get that the couple were "destined" but their romance was a tedious read. Scrolling thru their panels together was tiring because the chemistry felt forced. I'm not even assured that Dylan will love his children because we weren't given enough personality development to assume this for the future.
I love happy endings, but the ending was executed weakly and briskly; causing the impact of the positive message of the story to be lost. And the epilogue, sadly only served the two main characters well.
And regrettably, my boi Kihu was simply regarded as collateral damage; used, then thrown on the ground, and stomped on. The pure disrespect to his character, I am speechless.
Gorgeous illustrations but the writing, especially in terms of character building, became a huge miss. The conflicts felt merely decorative; written for the sake of. The FL and ML, had all the authority and power that there was no further room for struggle until the last chapters. There were no risks and losses, nothing was truly on the line because winning was a default. As I've said, I have no qualms with good triumphing over evil, but I missed being on the edge of my seat reading them work towards that satisfying win.
Time skips were utilized lackadaisically and too often. Also, was gonna give it a 6 for the enjoyable premise but another (-1) for the Kihu disrespect. So overall, 5/10.
And that's it, thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Still at Chap 33 and I want to push Legina's bangs behind her ears so bad like girl show us those gorgeous features She's my fave but the bangs make her look unkept most of the time, it looks out of place especially when she wears those outrageously stunning gowns.
The bangs really don't do our FL's beauty justice. Royal haircutter where are you?! ヽ(`Д´)ノ
I am obsessed and seated, such a cute baby
