personally , I dont understand why you guys hated jaekyung.
first of all, dan CONSENTED jaekyung to sleep with him as long he pay him. dan was forced to pick that decision because his situation but he did agreed.
jaekyung help pay for dan’s grandma medical bills, gave dan a place to live, beat up dan’s debtor who abused him, treat dan’s grandma nicely, concern about dan’s health when he found out dan is suffer with some physical and mental health due his situation.
mind you, he is not responsible for dan. no matter how rich he is , the amount is still considerable large to him. especially since he grew up poor. he is empathetic person, I bet he would still help financially a bit if he saw someone else struggling really hard.
he is good guy , he just had a short temper. mind you, he does not see dan as a romantic partner. he had to deal with his jinx to continue perform in boxing match.
he is harsh on dan because dan triggered his trauma, he see himself in dan.
compare to other worse manhwa, jaekyung can be considered green flag to me.
