A few recs right off the top of my head; King of Eden (I own the physical copy of this one, I enjoyed it, its pretty much a classic horror series), Doubt (and the sequel, Judge). For psychological horror, I can recommend some more mainstream manga like Parasyte and Goodnight Punpun.

I don't know any BL/Yaoi horror that isn't just labelled horror because it's filled with freaky shit. Stigmata might be a good one but it's more like a yaoi detective type of thing with a murder mystery and supernatural angle. It's a fun read.

A few good psychological horror bls I'd say would be Unchanged Man and Hwang Young's Misery. The Summer Hikaru Died is also realllyyy good, but that’s not bl, just a tad bit gay
I love The Summer Hikaru Died, definitely not explicitly stated to be a BL but I'm pretty sure it's canonically considered a horror with a character that just so happens to be queer if that makes sense. I will check out the other two!
