I think the situation is representative of the reality and shallowness of Victor’s affection for Henry. He’s obsessed with Head to a stomach-curling degree but also terrified of him, super possessive of Dick and constantly in a power struggle with him, and dismissive and borderline abusive towards Heart. So it’s hinting at the fact that he really only loved Henry in a shallow surface-level way, but was obsessive toward him like he was a possession, the way he treats Dick. Victor was also terrified of Henry (particularly of H discarding V) and the power he had over him, and was always grappling to be the one in control of their relationship, (even though it’s becoming clear that Henry obviously was and this power struggle was all in his head because Victor was a doormat). But at the end of the day, he never really cared about Henry’s true heart and what he wanted, just about the image of him he’d built in his head that Henry didn’t live up to. Henry was clearly a horrible person, but he was also financially reliant on Victor, so he might also have slept around to either (1) get Victor’s attention and evoke a more genuine emotional reaction or (2) destroy Victor’s image of him so he would finally let him go. The fact that the three entities have been brought back in such a way, especially Head, is like a grotesque physical manifestation of the real twisted “monstrosity” that were Henry, Victor and their toxic relationship. Heart being a big patchwork baby that’s unrecognizable to Victor could be an indication of how Henry kept his real heart hidden from Victor.

I’m also anxious about who Heart has been meeting. My theory is: What if these three aren’t Henry at all? Victor really did resurrect Henry just fine, but he saw the chance to be free, so he manipulated Victor’s drunken mind to resurrect three others and their all in on the plan together?

Heart is showing the honest side of Henry, that proves deep down he loves victor, him and him alone, his utter devotion to him is true. Heart's dedication to victor is a testament to the core of Henry's real feelings. And Victor is still blind to that thanks to his insecurities.

Head is the vindictive side of henry. Henry of the past probably did the fucking around out of spite to make victor jealous, whenever he lets his head rule that is the personality that comes out, that's why he is so cold toward victor now, because, well, he is just a brain now.

And Dick, well he is a dick lol He embodies Henry's lust, that sex with victor using henry's dick is 10x better proves that the dick remembers that fucking his beloved is infinitely better than any random pursuit because - LOVE.

Victor has put Henry on a pedestal that left love to have no actual space in Victor's heart. Because Henry already loves him, that's why he never left. He's just waiting for Victor to finally understand that he does, but then he died lmfao

So this is just a hypothesis, but hear me out:

What if Henry considered leaving when asked while he was still alive because he felt that Victor only cared about his face and body and not his heart?
We know Heart is super attached to Victor, but Victor treats him like shit. One could consider that feelings only without the rest of what made Henry the person he was could be hard to stomach. However, Victor doesn't seem to even think of Heart as a part of Henry the way he does with Dick and Head, almost like he isn't even more important than someone who has no parts of Henry in them.
Plus, Head kissed Heart and deliberately told him to savour Victor after he left the bedroom, almost like he wants to provoke a decision from Heart - either he feels tormented enough to leave, or he forces his feelings onto Victor eventually and either gets accepted or rejected.
I think now that Head is separated from Heart and Dick he feels a freedom and curiousity to explore his and Victor's relationship, which he has memories of that aren't connected to his present feelings. He doesn't have much holding him back from manipulation or taking gambles either. If it ends "well", Victor could love all three of the people who got parts from Henry, making him essentially love Henry as a whole, but if not Head could free Heart or help him get revenge, while Head still gets to keep Victor around knowing that he has the upperhand now.

Henry is a fuckboy and a cheater. He and Victor are very distant relatives. Victo's family died when he was young leaving him loaded. H and V know each other since childhood and have promised to be together forever since then because they're both weird and lonely. V did not kill H but did imply he would've done so if H tried to leave him.

Heart tells us that H did have feelings for V. Dick tells us that H was a Slut. Mind tells us that H was a psychopath.

So, Henry WAS attached to Victor, probably mostly due to close proximity since a young age. He's a psychopath tho and probably also saw Victor as pathetic. More than likely he just didn't see a reason why he shouldn't do as he wanted and throw regular gangbangs considering he probably thought Victor would never leave him. Dude was just in it for the ride and got attached in his own fucked up way.

Now, having been split into three leaves us with a more clear idea of who Henry was. Imo, Mind is the most fascinating one and probably the most dangerous. It's Henry, with none of the love he might’ve felt for V, or the increased libido he might’ve originally had. Just pure psychopath.

Now, another interesting thought is, are they also affected by the body parts that are not Henry? What type of heart does Mind have? What about Dick and Heart?
