This is my first time reading something like this, there are probably more like it so I have to dig deeper. Mc lives in a world where the skill you possess determines your worth. He received the skill to resurrect. Upon dying, he reawakens as an undead and lives as a monster, working to get stronger and evolve into something remotely human so he can return home.
