If you're from the Philippines, then I can explain why you're having a problem. People with PLDT or Globe as their wifi providers are currently having problems accessing this site. My theory is that this site has been blocked by the said internet providers as they have been actively blocking 'malicious' and 'illegal' sites these past few years.
Fortunately, you can still use mobile data or use pocket wifi (like what I'm doing) to access the site.
Though I don't really recommend it, you can also use VPN to solve your problem if mobile data is not that good in your area.

It was like the uke have red(?) hair then seme have dark hair then they're basically roommates and they're in an Army(?) I guess. There's no plot I think but the story was the mc (uke) in his bed then his friend was there as well since they're roommates then they did smthn togethe, it was the seme who initiated everything.
