There’s a high mortality rate with no cure and it’s due to the donor’s T-cells in the blood attacking the recipient’s tissues and organs. The recipient’s immune system doesn’t respond if the donor is a direct relative because it doesn’t register the foreign t-cells as a foreign entity. So yes, Qu Cheng’s blood would literally kill Wo Wo.
