He AGREES to help her and then withholds what she needs for medical relief
Regardless of how he feels about their situationship, he's not communicating that so he's just one-sidedly abusing her situation to manufacture more desperation inside her that will make her feel like she NEEDS to fuck him more
I totally think that they would have consensually gone for multiple rounds even after he came inside her this last time
But the way it played out, it instead felt like he was extorting her, withholding a key part of their sexual agreement which made her beg for it again and again and again
He explains it after the fact that "oh we should see if just sex works and you don't actually need semen" and she accepts that, but it definitely feels more like an excuse to make her accept his behavior, even tho what he did violated the terms of her consent. Otherwise, he should have told her this before they did the sex.
