Honestly I can understand how Dan's feeling. I took care of my dying grandmother similarly like he is. I'm not a dr like him but at the time I was working my ass off and trying to distract myself all while trying to take care of her. It will physically and mentally fuck you up with how much you're doing and exhausting yourself.
