Normal, no, but not uncommon. I think most Asian cultures are like that, but I can’t speak for everyone else. Hey diva I got you. For food eat kiwi, plum (can be dried too), dragonfruit, coffee, digestive tea, fiber supplements, and magnesium. Other things that help are movement, exercise, or massaging the stomach area to stimulate bowel movements! Keep drinking water first thing in the morning, and try to drink 2 liters/ 8 cups of water a day MINIMUM.   reply
