I can't remember this manhwa where the MC had a lot of siblings and there was this scene he remembered that as a child he was unintentionally left in the train while his parents were busy with his siblings, resulting to him being somehow distant to his family when he grew up... it's a wholesome manhwa with a bit of shounen ai if i remember correctly
The worst thing to do is to try to read all these stories without reading anything else between.
