The korean version was more like a manhwa that you scroll down uhm i forgot the term im sorry :(( ik u get it but do you know if its translated in english cos I believe thats its much better if you want the normal style of typical korean manhwa:>

Well I suppose you're right about the layout being in the Korean style there. But the original and this are Chinese novels, so neither interpretation is right, only the raws.
From what I found the raws seem to be in this style so the "normal style" would be what we have here.
But it all depends on preference lmao, and a translation with a korean style panel layout would be cool.

This format appears to be the original, it’s not uncommon for things in page format to be edited to become long scroll format to be able to post them on websites that only do scroll. They take each panel from the original and place it on a long white page, it does allow posting on sites like line WEBTOON a but it destroys the way the pages are put together with the size of different images indicating how important or impactful that panel should be which can change the flow of the story.
But as far as translations of the scroll format, they will be identical to this one, line for line.
