I don't remember anything about the organisation wanting alphas extinct, but I might have just forgotten about that point. The story did however mention that people are willing to pay a shit ton of money to have kids with a dominant alpha and that a black market that abducts and sells dominant alphas as sex slaves has therefore formed. So I assumed that that is their motivation

Aside of Chase being a prominent actor, one of the children of a senator, and an dominant alpha.

There are two different groups.

1. The anti alpha group. They want to get rid of dominant alphas. Kidnapping, killings, terror attacks. Those were attacking Keith Pittman in KML and are most likely the ones behind the current ambush. They are also active in Desire me if you can.

2. Those are after the sperms of dominant alpha to sell them. spoiler
