is this worth the read? i wanted to try reading this since this is in the serve verse with kiss me if you can but i am well aware how an ass can the ml be. although i am yet to read it fully, i even think the story of grayson (the friend of ml) and dane is much better and that the ml in desire me if you can (grayson x dane) has much satisfying character development.
That story is really messy. Some like it, some absolutely hate it.
I'm more neutral about it, but not a fan of their dynamics. I certainly prefere Desire me if you can, which is my favorite story of the author, but that's also a matter personal of taste.
Keith is the author's trash king, in the extras he calls himself trash.lol Yeonwoo is a "weaker" omega compared to Dane and Josh. Their relationship is pretty toxic. The mc also gets into SA situations.
But if you read DMIYC you know that their relationship improved, that it worked out. Keith also became a great father.
I think that someone who liked KMIYC and DMIYC could be (extremely) disappointed by KML.
Also Keith lacks the crazyness the Millers have and their weird choices for partners.lol
Keith at the same time is Grayson's friend, and Yeonwoo befriended Josh and Dane. And in the main and side stories you see characters of the author's other novels appear. You also get some more context for certain things that happen in the other stories, and it adds to the worlds setting. And since the side stories are set a few years into the future, you also for example get to know Josh and Chase'S second son.
And Keith's omega father and 4 of his halfsibling will get their own story in the future.
But the manhwa adaption, like the one of KMIYC left out things, and there are still several side stories missing
If you are aware of how messy and toxic this one is, and you still consider reading it, I would at least try it. But be warned their relationship is not everyones cup of tea, Keith is much more the typical alpha asshole and Yeonwoo lacks backbone most of the time when it comes to Keith. So their dynamics are anywhere near Grayons x Dane or Chase x Josh, because in those two stories the omegas are pretty unusual, especially Dane.
that's maybe it! although it's a bit high-key to not like pushover omegas, there's just this satisfaction reading those with mc's who stand their ground. considering KML's art as well makes it more a let down to read, maybe if time comes i have enough patience to deal with asshole mc's without much chara development, then i'd consider reading this.
tho i really like how the stories are connected. it's just a matter of preference for the characters like you said.

Mutation basically they are genetically modified humans. And since they arent perfect they have defects which is the obesessive trait. At this point in time its implied that a class and s class humans are mutated so they have super human abilities like super strength, healing, intelligence, etc.
