You should clean it with a vag!na sensitive soap it might bleed a lot but it should be fine, give it about a week and it should heal by itself. Avoid disturbing the cut in any way (like when you wipe and stuff) if it get's infected or doesn't heal in max week and a half u should go see a doctor
