i’m so confused but from what i can tell basically sid had that doctor killed so that cain couldn’t be saved but that doctor of course ain’t dead and now that the doctor came to cain personally sid is tryna make it seem like the doctor is a fake and can’t be trusted. but the doctor is tryna show that sid is in fact the one that can’t be trusted ??? idk i am confusion at some parts
