This was...... underwhelming after that amazing season 1 we get this. At the start this had a sort of similar vibe to "Kill the villainess" so I was really looking forward to it however we got garbage I'm gonna be severe with this cz the author was vv inconsiderate to the character as a person n only focused on short term gain by satisfying inexperienced younglings shallow readers. wth all her suffering trauma was left unresolved n unaddressed so we get this in the end her scurrying off to find something to do which was pathetic out of place. she didn't have a problem running away as unknown girl in one of her past lives so how come she's feeling lost n purposeless after moving into sion mansion.
Their was a checklist n the author was sprinting to complete it in the second season
1. Randomly introduce a new obsessive 2nd male lead-ish character/villain
2. Force Sion's death so he can move to the plot of hero
3. How to Kill the Hildegards? Use fl who's vv big brainy now?
4. Introduce some new inconsequential characters to save the fl
5. Muddle through somehow the all powerful villain not finding the fl at Cecils place???
6. Sion's alive n defeats the big bad off screen
7. He's back n gets Laila pardoned
8. They meet n oh she's not reminded of her murderer wohioo great job dumbass
9. BOTH Stuck in a loop of I don't deserve her/him
10. Solution? Don't confess but get married??????
I'm not asking for much here I don't care if u wanna create drama but if he's so guilty at least he should confess that he remembers everything!!! There u get drama n then the subsequent confession of feelings become easier, I'm taking bout the trauma feelings that were seemingly forgotten n now invalid for some reason. After that if they get together then it's up to the writer n I won't complain after. This romance is disgusts me because it's based on a woman's suffering n I know that's not what was intended but that's what it is... Byee
