I don’t really care for interracial or foreigner x any East Asian country because it’s usually riddled with stereotypes, micro aggressions and or just straight up racism espicslly when it’s a black/brown character x Asian that’s the worst kind cuz they all do this and I already go in havin low expectations because no matter how much research they do into another culture for the sake of their manga theyll still manage to end up wit a questionable line or something and in this mangas case it isn’t the worst from this troupe it actually thoroughly surprised me because it wasn’t a complete train wreck and their love was pretty cute and I really loved the seme but that’s all for the positives now for the negatives istg he had dreads at the start of the manga and now they took it from him and made him have straight Hair, secondly the uke sayin “do all Africans have big d*cks?” Like I wanted him to stfu immediately, thirdly istg the cover of what the seme looks like vs the picture of him in full color on the last chapter look like 2 different folks they took his dreads and snatched some of his melanin badddddd I didn’t like that and last but not least I wasn’t the biggest fan of the uke he didn’t really have any boundaries yet called the seme friendly, he was tryin to fuck everytime even when the time didn’t call for it or they were tryin to have a sentimental moment like wtf about a 103 degree fever makes you think “yea let’s fuck” like he was a horndog but they made it seem like the seme was when it was really the uke finally o didn’t like that he looked like a literally kid and kept emphasizin about how big the seme was as if he’s seein some bizzare giant when the seme was literally healthy size and looked like a normal high schooler it was the uke who was the odd one out he looked like a little kid I don’t like when they make em look like that it’s weird and creepy but it wasn’t the worst manga and out of all the many mangas that handle this troupe I have to say this is one of the better ones so 3/5
