The story lacks much to be desired.
I liked how it started. I liked how the uke had only one motive in mind when he entered this new realm which was to make his life interesting via sex or new experiences. I also like the character of the hound of the God and the king where one is obsessed with God and proving themselves as the ultimate devotee. Whereas the king is a sceptic who is always questioning and trying to bring down the blindness that comes God. However, 33 chapters in and there is absolutely no character growth for the uke. This is disappointing because you would think that after looking at the condition of the kingdom, there would be some internal conflict about what is truly important versus what is not and that would take the story to a whole new journey where the uke realises about the important things in life which is to do good by others and using his position to deliver exactly that. So right now I am not sure whether that character growth will come. I haven't seen it yet so I am thinking of dropping it. The art pretty but the story is so far mediocre but has a lot of potential.
