Priapus is told by Zeus that he needs to stop the fertility of all men on earth and he goes about doing this by turning all the men on the planet into homosexuals. Priapus loves and enjoys the company of everyone he turns to and is interested in the connections humans have with each other and how they love one another. His god rod is no match for these males and he has references to other animes; it's fucking hilarious.
