They're all cheaters. Got sick of it so I skipped through the last chapter, the ml broke up with his girlfriend (jessica), become a reporter (?), re-encounter with the girl he cheated on his ex. Jessica became into SM play, a sadist at that. Dunno about the bestfriend, maybe he's with jessica?
