The Devil’s Temptation
One of the most enjoyable romantic comedies I've ever read. The beginning was tough to get into and there are some slightly rough parts towards the end where it all drags on for a bit -- but the characters, the art (the COMEDIC art esp) and the comedy was just peak. Overall such a wholesome feelgood story, and so so long. The end did feel a little bit rushed in comparison and I was sad to see the characters go so abruptly, but I can tell a lot of hard work went into this. The artist really has a talent for comedy and comedic art. I really enjoyed this. The rough patches were rough only because I was missing the random silly comedy sections that genuinely made me laugh so many times either because the joke or the art was so (adorably) stupid. Can't wait to see if this author has made other romcoms, cuz this one was fun. I also liked the character development, although the ending for Alek (oh sad, sad man I feel for u T_T) was rushed and didnt do him justice. But I get they wanted to wrap up the story quickly and give everyone happiness in some way or another. Overall a good enjoyable read, with enemies to lovers in the beginning, lots of funny inbetweens and a bittersweet ending bc the characters just grew on me so much. 10/10!
