I love everything about this. It's very lighthearted and cozy. I like that it's a comedy! I love the earnest kind of character hiwatari is. Just my type. The author turned his personality into something thats fun and enjoyable to read about. I wish there were more chapters..!! This one's very shounen ai-coded, such a slow burn. And of course, the last chapter I read ends with a cliffhanger...sigh

Gorgeous art and a good storyline. Both characters are good. Unfortunately, it's a tad bit heavy, with deaths and suicide, even though it has a happy ending. Makes it difficult to reread often, probably. The ending felt appropriate in pace, but in the grander scheme of things, still a bit abrupt (probably bc of the lack of a creator's note, just one short side story). I would have liked to read the author's thoughts for closure.
