This is such an interesting story, but I think many people are focusing too much on the love triangle, rather than paying attention to how Ian goes from hating his life to gradually making choices that put himself and his happiness first. This story is BDSM-centered and everything that I usually don't read. Something about the cover caught my attention and it is surprisingly captivating. The majority of the plot consists of smut, but there are some backstories that are slowly developing. However, there are mental health issues being portrayed in this, so huge trigger warning for self-harm.
