Omegaverse world, MC refuses to believe hes not an omega but an alpha which turns out to he wrong. Goes into heat and ends up getting pregnant from some rich alpha (ML).
MC runs away after birth leaving his child with the father. The ML's friend also is in this and tries to help MC go to another country but they discover hes bonded with the ML and they will literally die without each other.
After some thought, as much as I enjoy this story and omegaverse, it feels like the 2 characters havnt had the time to properly fix their relationship. It doesnt feel healthy but they cant do anything about it because they will die without each other.
