3.5 The ending chapters were the best! I wish we would have gotten more of that. I’m glad we got to see them in an actual relationship. The Seme is actually nice and sweet to his uke. I’m glad we get to see the first Uke and Seme from previous story here, too! Previous Seme is such a puppy dog and new one is the manly sweet type. lol. It was cute slice of life type, but wish we could have seen the cleaner shaved version of Uke more. Uke tells him he is glad Seme is with him. They end up catching the robber (turns out he was afraid of the cat so that’s why he ran away). New years comes and Uke and Seme have afternoon bath sex and Seme has to go back to work and is sad. Uke tells him they have more years to spend them together. Seme was in the crowded streets missing Uke when Uke suddenly appeared to spend the countdown with him. Seme ask if he wants to spend forever with him and Uke agrees and Seme kisses him. One day, Uke is house cleaning and finds fluffy handcuffs in Seme’s room. Uke leaves a trail of clothes and Seme fallows it only to be handcuffs. Turns out that is owner was old and dies and the family abandoned the cat. Another family was feeding him and was going to adopt him. Uke states that’s great and that his cat and him are friends. Seme wins and they have sex. lol. Seme wants to buy something for Uke’s birthday and Uke tells him a ring jokingly but Seme takes it seriously and Uke states he can give him acorns and he’ll be happy. He goes out to find acorns. lol. Seme calls Uke’s Friends and they help him find a ring but he forgot to measure his finger so he goes on a mission to get the ring size but fails. Uke tells him that they are already connected by the string of fate and that he already gave him a gift (he found the acorns in Seme’s pants). lol. On Christmas, Seme made reservations to eat somewhere nice on a date. Uke ends up cutting his hair and shaving (he looks like when he first meet him). Seme calls him pretty. lol. Seme gives him a ring (they have matching ones). Thry go home and have sex. Seme can’t believe it isn’t a dream and tells Uke how much he love him. Uke tells him he loves him too. They are happy. Uke explain they came in wanting to buy his restaurant. Seme tells him not to go throwing water picking a fight. Uke offers for him to take a shower. Uke feels bad so he offers food. They get a text message, inviting them to the housewarming party. They go. Seme can see Uke is following groom around and drinking a lot to get his attention. Seme tries to interfere and Uke gets a bit pissed. lol. Uke knocks out and Seme offers to take him to the room at the restaurant (he explains they have gotten closer). While outside, Uke tells him to put him down. They argue (Seme doesn’t want Uke interfering in their relationship and for him to move on but Uke states he just wants his friendship with groom to stay the same). Seme takes him to the restaurant. The bicker back-and-forth. Uke ends up taking him and telling him he really didn’t do it on purpose (being clingy with groom). While leaving, Seme feels uneasy wondering why Uke cries so much (he was crying off and on throughout the bickering). He turns back and catches Uke with a change of clothes. Seme states Uke likes to get drunk and then find someone to fuck. Uke tells him if it’s true it’s not his business. Seme is curious about the sex he has with Uke (he found multiple used condoms that drunken night) and proposes sleeping with him until they both move on. Uke thinks it crazy but Seme kisses him. Uke refuses (it’s the last thing his parents left him before dying and groom use to live next door and his wedding was there). Seme states if he wants sex they should do it with out drinking (Groom told Seme that he is worried about his drinking habits and Seme is too) but Uke refuses and Seme walks away and Uke tells him to leave. When cleaning up, he takes boxes outside only to be snatched and kissed by Seme (he was waiting for Uke to come after him. lol). After work, Bride calls and tells him she is feeling sick and is in the hospital (groom is in a work trip). He goes to see her but then leaves to go see Uke. Seme takes care of him and stays over just in case. A couple of days later as a thank you, groom takes Seme and invites Uke out for drinks. Seme tells Groom he over does it with Uke (feeds him and pats his head) groom states it’s a habit that he will try to fix. Groom tells Seme a classmate at the reunion saw him and wants a date. Seme agrees. Uke ask why and Seme states he has no reason to deny it. They don’t talk for a week and the day of the date comes. They end up running into each other at a cafe. Uke is with a Blonde guy. Uke says hi and tells Blondie they need to go (Blondie is touchy with Uke). Seme is a bit annoyed. He begins wonder if he got a boyfriend now. His mind is on Uke and can’t think about the date so he realized that he likes Uke so he cuts off the date and tells her he is interested on someone else. He goes to Uke’s apartment and Uke arrives after with a cut lip (he fought with Blondie and they both punch each other). Uke is irritated and argues with Seme that he can’t just comeback to him when women don’t work out. Seme tells him it’s a misunderstanding and just when Uke wants to leave Seme tells him he likes him. They bicker. Seme explains again that he never saw him as lesser then and Uke states he is drunk but he needs to figure out his emotions since he still likes groom. That he was angry at him because of they way he was treating him, not talking to him and then running back when he thought his toy was being taken away and that Seme doesn’t like him he is just confused because he is the first man he sleeper with. Seme leave and Uke cries. Uke is upset because Seme didn’t talk to him for a week, goes on a date, and then comes rushing back when he sees him with another man. Seme apologizes for the way it looked. He leaves stating he didn’t expect to be accepted so he will see him later. Uke cries and thinks he is pathetic. Just as he is thinking to go back to France and disappear, Seme enters is apartment again wondering why he was still sacking and wet. At the restaurant, Seme comes over and gives flowers to decorate the place, shouts out loud the food is great, invites Uke out on a date to see Uke’s favorite directors movie, and he gives him a love letter. lol. Seme keeps texting him ones a day about hobbies and interest They have. Uke doesn’t know what he sees in him and thinks Seme just had a change of taste so he should just let him eat it until he has enough and grows tired of it. Uke thinks after the date he can tell Seme they should just stay as friends. They go on the date. They watch the movie and Seme thinks it wasn’t that bad (Uke warned him he might be bored (groom didn’t like the movies he liked either). Seme guesses Uke wants to eat fries so they go (the movie had potatoes so they begin to crave it). They go to a place near his restaurant. Seme gets a text from groom and they find out Uke lost him phone. Seme looks for it and calls. They answer and he will meet them. Uke goes to smoke. He over hears the lackeys taking about his restaurant and how their boss states he wants it because it’s a gold mine. They spot Uke and start harassing him (that him and Seme are fucking, he is pretty but bad tempered, and that he got beat up by Seme because he punch him that one time). They leave and Uke goes back to wait for Seme. Seme gives him his phone back. Uke wants to end the date but Seme tells him what grooms text said (meet up with them and the bride). Persuading Uke, they go and bride tells them she is pregnant. They congratulate her and then they talk about the past. Bride brings up the type of girls Seme likes. Uke knows the truth why all the past relationships fail but then Seme states he is interested in someone. She states that he looks serious enough to marry them and he agrees. lol. Seme and groom get drunk and they both take their partners home. Uke is driving Seme home when he tells him about how they are 2 different colors that can’t mix so they need to part ways. Seme ‘wakes up’ and tells him who told him that, if that is the reason he was drawing a line between them because one is straight and other is gay. Seme explains that he is no longer straight because he slept and likes a man, he is gay. Uke is annoyed and states if he knows what it’s like to be gay or if he can tell his friends and family that he's with a guy. Seme states he never felt ashamed for the things he likes and if they can’t accept it oh well. Uke states he should do what he originally planned (to get a girl to marry) and that his job as a police is quite conservative. Seme ask if he should send in his resignation. Uke tells him how can he believe he loves him when he had feelings for the bride for so long, that he might realize one day he wants a women so what would he do. That if he ever starts to date he wants it to be with a gay man who knows nothing about him liking groom. At the end, Seme ask if groom said he liked him if he would date him? when is he planning to be happy. That he needs to accept him being clingy or he will regret it for the rest of his life. That he needs to stop listening to people that don’t matter and to focus on the present and ask him one more time to date. They go back in the car to have sex but Uke tells him to go to upstairs to his place. They suck each other off in the hallway and have sex in the bedroom. Uke states he just wanted to forget her. Seme apologizes. While showering, Seme ask to go on a trip he still has vacation hours and Uke agrees. The day leading into to the trip Uke gets sick again. Seme takes care of him and states they can take a mini trip near by when he gets better. He goes out to get more food. Uke text back groom and tells him he got sick. Groom stops by to give him side dishes from his mom. Uke feels dizzy again and groom catches him and wants to go to the hospital. Uke is stopping him when Seme enters the apartment to see them. Seme takes Uke off grooms hands. lol. And explains he’s been taking care of Uke and just when Uke thought they been found out, groom exclaims they have gotten close. lol. But to let him know anyways. He leaves. They eat what Seme brought. lol. Uke explains what happen earlier. They talk about how Seme doesn’t want him to be alone with groom, he feels jealous thinking Uke’s heart pounding and feeling happy he is there. Uke tells him that that didn’t happen and that the only time his heart pounded was when he told him he was gay out of fear he might find out he likes him nothing more. Seme gets happy hearing Uke say they are lovers but still doesn’t want anyone knowing (he is scared of Seme’s job opportunities and if they break up). Seme states he doesn’t care though and still doesn’t want groom to come over alone. lol. The following day, Seme tells Uke that he is texting groom a lot and get into a mini argument. Lol. The next day, Uke thinks it’s going to be awkward but when texting it’s the same as normal. He now understands that Seme has a temper but a good personality for laughing it off and accepts Uke’s sensitive personality. Uke starts to think maybe he should start making an effort in the relationship instead of thinking it will eventually end that way he will have no regrets. Uke text him a pic of imported wine and Seme wants some too. They plan to meet up at his restaurant after work. Uke cleans and finishes early and takes a cup or 2 of wine. He passes out and wakes up to find a murder scene at his restaurant and a bloody knife (it was the guy that was harassing him to give up the restaurant). Uke calls Seme. Seme goes and they start the investigation but they need to do an emergency arrest on Uke. Seme calls groom because he is a lawyer just in case they keep him more then 48 hours. He gets released with no trouble. Groom want Uke to stay with him but Seme offers for to stay at his place. He does. Uke ask to go visit the gangster patient at the hospital. Seme couldn’t go with Uke so groom does. They run into the organization boss and offers a deal to give up the restaurant again in exchange for a letter dropping the charges. They leave and Uke states he should have listen to groom and Seme when they told him to sell them the restaurant. Groom calls Seme and visits him to tell him what happen. They end up successfully catching the act of drug trafficking (there was drugs barrier in the restaurant grown) but Seme gets shot in the process and boss tells him no backup will show up for him (he states he can’t die with out seeing Uke) and Uke shows up with a pipe and knocks boss gangster out almost killing him for hitting him so many times. lol. Seme passes out and goes to the hospital. He has a dream that Uke and him were actually classmates and fell for each other back in high school. He wakes up with a fractured arm (he got shot twice) and team mate tells him that the boss gangster used small businesses to transport drugs but Uke’s dad ended up hiding the drugs. Uke gets back from the police station and tells Seme what happen (he went to give him food but he was in there, so he went to visit his restaurant one last time when he saw team mates and him and so he followed them. Seme tells him that his family wouldn’t mind their relationship to not worry. They end up having sex in the hospital bed. Seme visits the lackey that almost died in Uke’s restaurant. He apologized for how he treated Uke and also what he said to him in the alley way. Seme snaps because he realizes that what he said made Uke sad and weird the day of the date. lol. He beats him up. Seme and Uke go on a beach date but before going there they pass by the restaurant. Uke tells him thank you for getting back the restaurant/ house but he is ready to let it go and move on (he has Seme now and he is ready to move on from his parents and groom). Seme tells him he was protecting the place not just holding on. Time passes and Uke opens a new restaurant. Groom and bride are there. The men step out. Groom apologizes for what he said about Uke (he could have stabbed the guy). Seme states that he might of been jealous of there closeness but that he got jealous too when he married the bride. Groom states that makes him childish because he isn’t going to marry Uke and Seme, even though he knows Uke doesn’t want anyone knowing, he tells groom that they are lovers. His taken back but states that he suspected it. That he was shocked seeing Uke crying in Seme’s arms because he hasn’t seen him cry since he was young. Seme states Uke is actually a crybaby. lol. He tells groom he will take care of Uke from now on and to not tell Uke that he knows they are together for now. lol. Uke ends up asking bride why her and Seme broke up. She said they had nothing in common and they fought a lot because of it but they were still good friends. She said that they would have ended up married if she wouldn’t have meet groom and new what true love was like. After everyone leaves, Uke and Seme are cleaning and end up having sex there. Seme thinks that if Uke would have had the courage to tell groom, his feelings groom would’ve accepted him. So Seme is so glad he never confessed. lol.
