Familiar: one guy get hurt and is in a coma for 3 years but when he finally wakes up he goes looking for his "big brother" and finds him working at in daycare preschool type thing. The teacher refuses to acknowledge him and keeps trying to kick him out but after making him cry he accepts that he can't live without him. Cute will read again.
