My Little Inferno

Complete | ASADA Nemui | 2019 released

I have such mixed feelings about what I've just read, the author definitely pushed the rape aside like way too quickly. There wasn't any grovelling from Mah's side for forgiveness for raping Hitoshi at the start, but Hitoshi's behaviours throughout I feel like could be genuinely reflective of how stockholm syndrome occurs. This relationship they have is definitely not heavy bc Mah gets off of Hitoshi's weak personality which ic concerning, but it is seriously cute how he ended changing his life for him and solved a lot of his problems. This was a very refreshing read in the sense how his ex-partner was actually a really cool guy and that the two drifted paart for such naturla reasons, I really like the comparison of money hacking to getting high which is why he reached his limit. In another life I'd like to read about the adventures of the duo in a side story or sum bc they seemed so interesting as a duo. + Mum needs a separate story as that one comment said, never seen a bi mom in a manga before so interesting. Overall I do rate this highly because the pacing is alright, and the plot is rly interesting, my criticism for this is just entirely how the rape was unnecessary to include bc we'd have got the gist of what Mah as a character is without it anyways but oh well it's a pyshcological yaoi ig...
