But the storytelling it's self is so bad. The pacing goes from hare to tortoise. The beginning fire, one of the most interesting starts to a story you can get. The middle is so slow you would consider dropping it, because there is so much unnecessary stuff. The pacing at the end is so fast that you miss so many details that you have to re-read it.Would love to have seen more of mujins back story, I think we got like 5 chapters of. And there's gonna be one side story."

14 tried cant finish this so i read the spoilers instead "the first chapter ends by revealing that mc isn’t the father’s real son, but the murderer of his son. they were classmates and mc left his son to die in a fit of bitter jealousy, which he lived to regret. father hated mc all this time despite their idyllic front, and has been plotting revenge all this time—specifically, “how can i make him feel what it’s like to lose someone you love?” and eventually, he concludes that because he himself is the one mc loves most (sexually, romantically and familially), he kills himself in front of mc. story ends with mc being found over father’s dead body, telling the police that he killed his father (in order to “complete the revenge”, out of guilt over killing his real son + devotion to the father)" "Nope. I knew I was gon be pissed off reading something marked Tragedy, and I did it anyway -_- Without my emotions getting the best of me: It was well written. I understood the struggles of the father, of the MC, of the oprhan boy, and of the unrequited love interest. I get why the story had to go the way it did. For that reason ONLY, I tried to be impartial with my rating. With that being said, they both gon rot in hell. The father is insane, and his "son" deserves to be under the jail. You went through the same thing as this lil orphan and then you leave him to be abused because you wanted "daddy's love"; I'm glad you got hit with a bat. What kinda fuckin "mentor" are you? This spiteful fuck couldn't stand seeing a kid genuinely happy, so he left him to not only get the shit beaten out of him, but also to die in a fire. Then had the AUDACITY to think you was gon live in peace with his grieving father who hated you? RELEASE ME! The only people I actually felt bad for were the unrequited ML and the orphan boy. They deserve a happy ending away from that fauxcest shitshow. I ain't never reading this shit again, chile."
