I don't understand the director at all. If someone wants to quit the job that they've been doing for such a long time, that's mean they think it all through. Why need to push your preference and expectations to them? Even if tou felt guilty towards them, you don't have any rights to force them yk. Now don't get me wrong, i like the director but i don't like his way of thinking. He annoyed me in his own way.
