minus 1 star bc what the fuck was that side story? anyways, i loved the enemies to lovers trope. the build up and phasing was just right. i rlly love the both of them and how the omega was a boss bitch. just wtf was theincest part. it wasn't necessary and idk if theyre never brothers, they still grew up thinking they were. nonetheless i loved the main characters and the doctor, the main slayer of this webtoon. (oh and also the other omega from their job lmao)
