Kill the Lights
This would have been so much better if it was a regular body swap between slutty trashy Haley and America’s loverboy Noah, overcoming their differences and falling in love. Or even if they hater each other previously, Haley loses his memory and then Noah gets to know a different side of him. The way the story goes the whole body swap did nothing for the narrative and just seems pointless: Mason got absolutely no benefit out of it (if he hadn’t been killed), Noah would’ve gone after Mason anyways, regardless of the body he was in and poor Haley never got a chance to better himself or turn his life around he just ended up dead. Not to mention the pacing is so boring and not dynamic that I have to drag myself through the chapters just to finish it and somehow the story still feels rushed hahahaha. Haven’t gotten to the end yet, but so far (chp 53) I stand by my fore mentioned statement.
