The whole UNHRDO, missing twin brother/weapons developer to whom Taeui is the Gilsangcheon is kinda messy and all over the place but the relationship is fine, kinda Beauty-and-The-Beast-esque.

This has become one of my favorite works simply because it’s the only I’ve read so far that properly addresses mental health and the impact trauma has on someone’s life. Although certainly gratuitous with its depictions of sexual violence and unnecessary explicit abuse scenes or intense consensual scenes even, this one has a main character seeking betterment and healing through proper means, by medication and an actual professional. Sadly, that storyline gets lost in the plot and he doesn’t really get much character development apart from that. But I’ll definitely recommend
