Read this manga in the ipod before. I love this manga so much. There's nothing like it. I fell in love with this manga it's my favourite manga. I just love it so much. I know that the doctor is takumi and naomi lives takumi but he "died" and she fell in love with the doctor so basically she fell in love with him twice. To bad it didn't have them together but he gave an indirect his ring writing I love you naomi and its so cute. The doctor is probably a ghost kind thing because he dissolved with the cherry blossom someone in the comments explained it really well
