I know that The word “Oriental” is very offensive. When I say our main girl saying I was like you racist or what. On chapter 6 now and the teacher referred to our protagonist as ‘Oriental’ and like she’s from an East Asian inspired country and the story takes place in a European medieval fantasy setting. So in this context is it racist to call our protag “Oriental”
