On his 9th life ,Eli suddenly recalls about his unnatural deaths form his previous lives..everytime he gets reincarnated he somehow always reunites with Sam but it never ends well ..since he always dies soon after ..During all his previous lives he died many times either by poisoning ,accident,drowning & what not..The worst of all was during his 8th life where he was stabbed by Sam's mistress..But Sam told him that it's actually their 10th life & also that Eli keeps on loosing some of his memories of his previous life every time he gets reincarnated ..Hence Eli's memories are all jumbled up ..
