Uke had guiding powers but others couldn't sense it bc he had an imprint, after his heart stopped he returned to life without his imprint so now he became a official guide. even before all of this he could actually guide the two brothers (codinome sierra 1 and 2) so they both became interested in him. The older seme is an S tier that manifested at 6, even though he is extremely powerful he doesn't go for fieldwork bc he hasn't a guide and is germophobic. the other seme is his little brother, S tier too but he causes too much trouble so he never elevated his rank in the military, even though he always goes to battles

The seme is possessive bc he lost both parents and almost lost Uke who protected him from monsters at a opening gate. Because of the media the Seme was given some power to decide/wish for something bc he was 9 and being exploited as a S-guide, so he asked for the Uke to be never fully healed so he couldn't go to another gate/mission, and stuck him into guide training. The seme and the guide meet when the seme was a 9 year old kid and uke was a high school teenager
