His father has been long part of a cult which believes they are to kill their first born child, the mc, upon birth to keep gods blood flowing and anew. They never killed the mc, but they neglected him as a child. Now that he’s an adult and everyone else in his family died in the car accident, he goes on to “take care” of the father. The father has now been discarded from the cult as a failure and has nothing to put his faith into but still believing in his god and regretting letting his son live. The son chains up the dad and rapes him. The son also plays onto the father’s weak mental state, saying he’ll be given a child from his god and his stomach grows bigger to prepare for a child.
