False pretenses, pseudo-unrequited love

Straight top X straight bottom, possessive top, best friends to lovers. There's pretty much zero plot in season 1 so it becomes a bit of a drag at the end, but lots of plot in season 2. At the end it says "to be continued in season 3" and is signed as 2022, but can't find any detailed info on what could have happened. This was on Renta, Coolmic, and BookWalker. Now it's removed and the only info I can find is that there's a notice on Coolmic that says "Due to the publisher's circumstances, this title has been taken down on Mar 31, 2024." There's lore there and I'm curious but it seems like this series won't be continued. Season 2 marks a good end as it is, though. I'm going to count this as a completed series.
