I love Tia and Cedric’s visuals they look stunning. It is heavy on politics and it is loooooong but good thing it is a happy ending. What happened to Tia at the beginning before she regressed reminds me of SJ from SVSS

3.6 stars contains heavy spoilers The regressor Kiera vs Cosette is highly entertaining. It feels like watching a telenovela in historical, high fantasy setting and the family drama keeps me scrolling through the pages. Kiera slayed so hard in her second life she was able to turn the tables on Cosette with a triumphant grin on her face. Every time Cosette seethed with anger and hatred, oh it was satisfying. I really like Kiera 2.0—she’s pretty, smart and cunning. I also like how she changes herself to be better and never lets anyone esp her father and Cosette ruin and take her life once again. She’s like “never again, bitches.” I find her father the most interesting character. It is easy to hate him but at the same time you understand why he acts like that towards his children. He’s the head of the Parvis and this family needs to stay neutral to the point that blood should not be thicker than water. Being emotionally detached to your family and children is normal and expected. Screw being a nepo baby or having an aristocratic status, it sucks to be part of this family. But I like his character development, I mean his 2.0 version. One of my fave scenes is when he hugs Kiera tightly for the first time and apologizes to her (*screams “for being the most stupid and shitiest father”). My heart almost melts. Also the scene when he saved Kiera from the dragon’s attack—a lot of people saw it even the crown prince which could result to the imperial family questioning his neutrality—and got himself heavily injured. He didn’t question Kiera’s legitimacy as his real daughter despite Cosette’s appearance. Funny enough, I immediately guessed the mysterious person who made a contract with Erez in the OG timeline. I also think Kiera’s grandfather and that red-haired count deserve what happened to them. I love the characters’ designs they all look so gorgeous and gosh how I loveeee Kiera’s dresses I’m obsessed. She always wears pretty clothes and dresses I couldnt help but also want to wear them. Even Cosette’s and the clothing the men wore look stunning. It makes me wonder if the creators are into fashion because the details and the color combination are interesting and pleasing to the eyes. I think the romance esp the love triangle wasn’t handled well. I kinda understand why it’s like that since according to novel readers (the novel is avail on tapas) there is no romance at all. Novel Kiera is a girlboss she doesnt need any man. I’m not gonna say the romance ruins it for me because I enjoy her sweet moments with both sir Joseph and Erez. But personally, I don’t fully grasp why she ‘suddenly’ ends up with Erez. It’s not because I‘m team sir Joseph and I prefer a handsome, black-haired knight with pretty green eyes, but Kiera’s reactions towards Erez are the same with sir Joseph. It is like her left cheek blushes for sir Joseph and her right cheek goes red for Erez. Then Erez confesses and sir Joseph doesn’t. The romance looks rush, the confession happens at the end, some people think Kiera x Erez have no chemistry. For me it’s quite unfair, it seems they never let sir Joseph confesses because obviously Kiera would be torned. She has no idea sir Joseph has feelings for her. Though I wanna slap him because he just gives up and lets Erez have her because he is already satisfied with his wish for his lady kiera coming true. Oh well as long as everyone is happy
