Himura Itsuki is very much happy in love with his boyfriend, Shibasaki Airi. There’s just one thing he’s worried about, the sibling fight of the Shibasaki brothers. Ever since, Yuichi Shibasaki became their homeroom teacher, the brothers had been constantly on bad terms. He wishes they’d get along. However, one day, Itsuki realized something different on Airi’s gaze and it’s not directed on him but on someone else.
Be prepared because it hurts. Honestly, I’m not quite satisfied with the resolution of the story. I want something more, just to make it certain. It’s a situation, the present me won’t be able to stand so maybe that’s why I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around this one.
The way I see it he’s still in love with his brother before he was found out. That look portrays something more than realization and guilt, it looks like yearning. Maybe the other commenter was right, it was a brother complex never acknowledged therefore never resolved. It’s safe to say uke is a rebound. You know what I’ll come back to this after some time, maybe I’ll gain a different perspective then.
