Uke is a rookie police officer forced to team up with a lazy prosecutor to help with PR (as both sectors are known to hate eachother) to do that they will work on a fake missing person's case (uke doesn't know it's fake)

So after this they get promoted and are interviewed about their relationship. Uke says it was fake which disappoints seme, but uke then says that they will carry on their civeet relationship while groping semes thigh.
