FL is naive, beautiful, and too trusting. I make it a rule to never bash the FL for being weak of crying all the time, because she's going through a hard enough time. This FL is no exception to thelat rule. She's truly a weeping flower trapped in the greenhouse and that just makes me love her even more!
The author really nailed the "damsel in distress" cliche with FL and the "Depressed but handsome monster Duke" tropes; can't be mad with the classics lol
