Short story, the tops father brings his first lovers child to his house. The top now has to raise a child whose parents died. The child has a blood condition and if he gets cut he’ll bleed out. The tops family isn’t the best for the bottom and gets hurt, the top sees this and cares for him so much that he left the family to raise the bottom on his own. The top is now in an arranged marriage and the bottom is throwing a fit. They both like each other and they do it and finally get together.
