Dropping : gives too many harem vibes, focuses WAY too much on the romance aspect which feels forced.

Pretty great story, really draws you in and also does a great job at sorta explaining the works behind the magic used, but I hate the female lead. She's basically a liability and hasn't once actually helped the mc when it matters, as well as taking advantage of him while he's injured by kissing him without consent. Real turn off there I think I don't like her because she acts entitled to the mc's love, as well as the story trying to make her seem strong but when it actually comes down to it, always has some excuse to be weak and the "princess who needs the knight in shining armor." I also don't particularly like the amount of backstory/previous life scenes in a lot of the more recent chapters, since they happen when I just want to see what's going on with the mc currently. I honestly couldn't care less about the backstory, and since it usually ends up being half the entire chapter, makes it super annoying to deal with. Other than that, really nice story and definitely has me invested. Hope to see this end well!

This is a really great manhwa, it really drags you in to their world and makes you want more. The main character is also awesome, with the theme being that of an academy, it's just something that's my cup of tea! I think I just like how majority of this, although is still part of a larger part of the story, doesn't have something too high stakes and rules over the story too much. Can't wait to see where this goes!
